ACI-KC endorses the 5th International Health, Safety, Environment & Loss Prevention Scientific Conference & Exhibition
A two-day conference and exhibition was held at Radisson SAS Hotel from March 17-19, 2009. The affair was aimed at encouraging continuous education and promoting dissemination of information via scientific conferences along with supporting professional engineering societies. Meanwhile, the ACI-KC did not only endorse the holding of the affair, but also participated by having its own booth containing publications and brochures along with a
presentation introducing the chapter and showing its activities and its active promotional campaign in educating people and enhancing their awareness toward improving the country's concrete industry. ACI-KC was represented by the chapter's vice president, Ms. Hayfa Al-Mudhaf in the opening ceremonies.
The American Society of Safety Engineers was the organizer of this affair. Pictures attest to the success of the activity.
